The Pietro Carnaghi vertical turning centre model ATT with a two spindle concept is designed and built in a compact form, with an extremely rigid thermo symmetrical structure, having the column mounted to the table bases.
The structure is composed of one bed that houses the 2 spindles and table gearboxes, with a solid crossrail, designed to support two ram carriages, one for each table.
These elements are assembled in order to ensure a rigid structure, granting maximum stability, strength, and longevity of alignments.
The unique design is expressly studied to obtain in a limited layout space an impressively high productive solution, having one single operator able to machine two parts at the same time.
